Prosecutors in Dunn County are moving ahead with child abuse charges against a man who police say beat his children with metal bars and broom sticks.
The district attorney filed three felony counts against 40-year-old Bee Yang yesterday. Police say Yang told them he beat his children because he didn’t think they were afraid of him. Yang is free on bond.
