Wisconsin Republicans are getting questions, and getting called-out, by folks who usually agree with them.
Americans for Prosperity in Wisconsin is the latest to call out Republican lawmakers for their proposed per-mile fee on drivers. The group’s Eric Bott yesterday said the fee is basically a tax that just a handful of lawmakers can impose on drivers in the state without any real recourse. Republicans last week snuck the proposal into their proposed transportation budget.
