Part of Crescent Avenue in Eau Claire will be restricted on Thursday for the Blue Ox Music Festival.
The county sheriff’s office will restrict traffic on Crescent from Curvue Road to South Town Hall Road from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Traffic will return to normal for the rest of the festival through Saturday at the Whispering Pines Campground.
