One of the members of West Allis Central High School’s Class of 2019 is old enough to be his classmates’ great-grandfather.
Ron Ziolecki picked up his diploma this week, at age 89. He dropped out of high school to fight in the Korean War and never had a chance to go back. Ziolecki told his new high school buddies that it’s never too late, and that education is the most important thing in the world.
