STOLEN WI TRACTOR TURNS UP IN KENTUCKY

A Vernon County man is facing charges after police say he took a farm tractor from western Wisconsin and sold it in eastern Kentucky.

Prosecutors say 55-year-old Daniel Sandvick took the John Deere 4020 tractor and loader and hauled it to Kentucky.  Police found it in a small town near the West Virginia border.  John Deere 4020 tractors sell for between 20-thousand and 30-thousand-dollars online.  Vernon County investigators say they’re also looking for some other missing farm equipment.
