Prosecutors in Chippewa Falls are pushing ahead with charges nearly two years after a deadly crash.
The district attorney’s office yesterday filed homicide charges against Miranda Jo Miller for the July 2017 crash that killed 46-year-old Jeremy Goodwin. Police say Miller ran a stop sign near the town of Colburn and smashed into Goodwin’s truck. Miller, who as 18 at the time of the wreck, could spend ten years in prison if convicted.
