A young man who admitted to abusing a six-or-seven-year-old girl isn’t heading to jail.
Instead, a Chippewa County judge sentenced 19-year-old Alexander Kenealy to five years probation. Prosecutors say Kenealy was about 16-years-old when he says he touched the young girl. The judge says as long as Kenealy stays out of trouble, he’ll never serve a day behind bars.
