An Eau Claire man is in custody after police say he was involved in an armed robbery.
Police say Michael Heil went to The Tobacco Shop on Gateway Drive Tuesday night and showed the clerk a gun before taking cash. Heil then took off in a car, but it was stopped and police found a BB gun and cash inside. Heil is charged with armed robbery and bail jumping.
