The popular Eau Claire Marathon is racing our way, and that will include the road closures and arrangement for the big day. Sunday, May 5th will bring thousands to the streets and starting early in the morning. Starting at 6AM • Carson Park closes to vehicles entering the park.
The marathon, and associated marathon-relay, half marathon, and 5K are expected to bring thousands to Eau Claire and specifically Carson Park, the location of the Start/Finish lines. There will be an increase in vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic around the city as participants, volunteers, and spectators travel to and from the Carson Park area and along the
route.
To maintain a safe environment, there will be street closures and parking restrictions.
