A Burlington man is facing his fifth OWI charge.
A criminal complaint says Michael Mitchell was going 63 miles-per-hour in a 45 mile-per-hour zone in Tilden last month when he was pulled over. Mitchell failed a field sobriety test, was arrested, and tested with a blood-alcohol level well above the legal limit. He was just recently charged in Chippewa County Court and is due back in court on June 18th.
