The young man who police say ran down three western Wisconsin Girl Scouts and one of their mothers is due in court in a few hours.
Colten Treu is due in court in Chippewa Falls at 1:30 this afternoon for his preliminary hearing. Police say Treu was high on air duster when he drove off the road in November, and killed the scouts from Chippewa Falls. Treu is facing ten felony charges.
