A La Crosse fire chief charged for child pornography is getting more time to hire a lawyer.
A judge this week pushed back Division Chief Francis Devine’s case till May. Police say Devine said he was curious about child pornography, so he went online and found some. Devine is on leave from the La Crosse Fire Department but has not been fired.
