An Eau Claire man is pleading not guilty to sexual assaulting a nine-year-old girl.
A criminal complaint claims James Kittleson performed sex acts on the girl while she was staying at his home and he told her not to tell her parents. Kittleson faces two charges including first-degree sexual assault of a child and could do up to 60 years in prison.
