An Altoona man is charged with attempted kidnapping.
Police say Nathan Homme is accused of planning to break into his ex-wife’s Minneapolis home and security footage shows someone scouting out the property one morning. Police say Homme’s phone can be tracked back to that area and investigators say they’ve found what appears to be kidnapping plans at his home.
