Prosecutors in Eau Claire are moving ahead with a kidnapping and sex case against two men accused of snatching a missing teen and forcing him to have sex with men.
Police arrested Tyler Brand, from Oshkosh, and Khvyn Vhasenglu, from Menasha, on Monday. The teen says the two snatched him and forced him to have sex with a man in Menasha. The teen escaped in Eau Claire and called police. He was later reunited with his family. F
