A Minnesota man is heading to jail for two months after police say he thought he was coming to Eau Claire to have sex with an eighth grader.
A judge last week sentenced 34-year-old Garth Calvin to 60 days in county jail. Police say Clavin thought he was talking to a 14-year-old, but was really talking to an undercover officer. They arrested him last June when he arrived in Eau Claire.
