Wisconsin is no longer supporting two cases challenging abortion access.
Attorney General Josh Kaul withdrew the state’s support yesterday from amicus briefs that place Wisconsin in the position of advocating for limiting abortion access. The move is part of a pattern of action by the Democrat made in support of Planned Parenthood and access to reproductive health services. Planned Parenthood’s political wing endorsed Kaul during his 2018 campaign.
