The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development says the governor’s budget will allow more than eleven-thousand businesses to provide family medical leave to 400-thousand-employees.
The department today says businesses will also be able to expand coverage to allow for someone to leave to care for siblings and grandparents. Governor Evers says it’s all part of what he calls the ‘people’s budget.’
