Planned Parenthood’s attorney says the move would just raise costs for taxpayers in the case.
Republicans on a Senate committee are split on Governor Tony Evers’ cabinet appointee Dawn Crim citing concerns over a 2005 child abuse charge. Crim is the secretary-designee of the Department of Safety and Professional Services. She fielded questions from lawmakers on the panel yesterday, also dealing with inquiries about her professional qualifications.
