The American Red Cross has a center open in Trempealeau County for people displaced be flooding.
The Red Cross says the center is located at Holy Family Church on Maple Street in Arcadia and it has free food and cots to sleep on. Anyone in Trempealeau County who’s displaced by flooding is welcome.
