Local leaders in Milwaukee are already talking about the Democratic National Convention as a way for the city to shine, and to make a quick buck.
Mayor Tom Barrett yesterday said hosting the convention next summer will provide Milwaukee with a showcase to the world. There are also a lot of people who are thinking about all of the visitors, and their dollars, that will flow in as well.
