With the news about Patriots owner Robert Kraft still fresh, one Wisconsin lawmaker says now is the time to target ‘bad actor’ massage parlors.
State Rep. Joe Sanfelippo has a plan to allow the state to target massage parlors that do more than just rub shoulders and feet. Sanfelippo says local communities across Wisconsin often don’t have the resources to investigate massage parlors, and he wants to state to take on that job. Sanfelippo pitched a similar idea last year, but it didn’t get much traction at the statehouse.
