A baby swiss from Ohio is being crowned U.S. Championship Cheese Contest champ.
The baby swiss made by Guggisberg Cheese in Millersburg beat out a Gouda from a Wisconsincheese-maker. In fact, ten of the top 20 finalists were from Wisconsin. The winners were announced at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay Thursday following the three-day competition at the Lambeau Field Atrium.
