NEW FACE BEHIND THE BADGE

The City of Altoona officially has a new police chief.  Chief Kelly Bakken was sworn in as the new chief yesterday.  Bakken was previously the Black River Falls police chief.  She’s taking over for former chief Jesse James who was recently elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly.
