It may be frigid outside, but plans for the summer’s Tall Ships Festival in Green Bay continue.
Organizers say today the ‘Picton Castle’ is the latest addition to join the fleet of ships for the festival July 26th through the 28th. Nine historic ships from around the world will dock at Leicht Memorial Park. Tickets for the festival go on sale March 15th.
