It doesn’t look like Wisconsin will be leaving the Obamacare lawsuit after all.
Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday said that he doesn’t see the state changing sides on the case that challenges the federal health care law. Kaul and fellow Democrat Tony Evers campaigned on a pledge to remove the state from the lawsuit, but Republican lawmakers passed some laws back in December that would make that difficult.
