A Wheeler man is going to jail for over two months after violating his probation in a sexual assault case.
Paging through The Leader-Telegram, you saw reports that 24-year-old Joshua Hagen was sentenced in November of 2017 to three years of probation for sexually assaulting a minor he had sex with years before and for having sex with a child 16 or older. After breaking his probation, he was sentenced to 69 days in jail after getting credit for 171 days served.
