The Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus is celebrating Black History Month with a list of events.
Members hosted a Black Business and Nonprofit Day yesterday, which allowed lawmakers and minority business owners to discuss priorities and ways to work together. Other events focus on physical and mental health, education and families, and criminal justice.
