DOWNTOWN COULD SEE UPTICK IN SENOR LIVING

Downtown Eau Claire may soon have a new senior living space.

The Eau Claire Plan Commission approved a rezoning plan yesterday to replace three office and two residential buildings across from Wilson Park.  The complex would have 120 apartment units and over four thousand square feet of space for a memory car and fitness facility for residents.  The City Council will vote on the measure next week.
