Officials in Rusk County say they are experiencing ongoing phone problems. The issue started Tuesday when there was a power outage in the afternoon.
The Rusk County Jail Captain says 911 calls will work as expected. Those with non-emergency calls should use a designated direct number to reach dispatch, which is 715-532-0082.
