The effort to rebuild the beach at Bay Beach Amusement Park is getting a boost from a fundraising project sponsored by Cellcom.
The regional wireless service provider continues to ask for donations of old cell phones to be recycled. That generates money they are donating to rebuild the beach. Cellcom has committed 100-thousand-dollars and will continue to collect cell phones at any Cellcom location until the end of February.
