An Eau Claire man is going to prison for four years after being convicted of OWI for the 16th time. Police say 63-year-old Bradley Armstrong was arrested back in August when he almost hit a house with his car after an argument. He was arrested and he pleaded guilty to one criminal charge but had others dropped.
After his prison sentence he will serve three years of supervised release.
