A rock ‘n roll Christmas concert is benefiting a junior at Memorial High School who suffered a severe spinal cord injury. Family and friends celebrated Zach Caterer’s continuing recovery at last night’s event featuring Nashville band Remedy Drive at Peace Church. Organizers say they wanted to create a festive feeling for those who care about Zach, while helping the family with expenses.
Santa is continuing to make visits locally in the lead up to Christmas. He visited the Lake Wissota Golf Course for brunch yesterday morning. It was his sixth annual “Brunch with Santa” and he took time to visit with children and hear what they wanted for Christmas.
