Kimberly-Clark is recalling Kotex tampons that may cause infections. The Food and Drug Administration says a defect in some of the products sold could cause them to unravel or come apart.
Consumers who purchased the U by Kotex Sleek Tampons, Regular Absorbency, should stop using the product immediately and call Kimberly-Clark’s Consumer Service team during normal business hours Monday through Friday for more information.
