An Eau Claire man is facing charges after police say he tried to meet with an officer posed as a 14-year-old girl online. The criminal complaint says 33-year-old David Frey discussed sexual acts with the undercover officer through a social networking site and also sent nude photos. He is currently charged with several counts of possession of child pornography.
