A Rusk County landlord is facing a felony charge after being accused of putting a spy-camera in the bathroom of one of his tenants. A criminal complaint claims a woman who rents from 57-year-old Randy Berthold found a camera in a drawer in her bathroom with several videos of her taken without her permission back in October.
WEAU reports Berthold admitted to the claims made by the woman. He’s expected in court on December 11th.
