The former athletic director for McDonell Area Catholic School’s is being sued by the school system.
The filing states the Archie Sherbinow is being sued for 15-hundred dollars because of a contract breach of this year’s teacher employment contract. The school system claims Sherbinow broke his contract by stepping down as athletic director and boys’ basketball coach to take a new position in the Stanley-Boyd School District. Sherbinow must pay the fine if it’s found that he left before August 15th.
