Animal rescuers in Washington County are asking for help after pulling nearly 150 animals out of a local woman’s home. Most of the animals were guinea pigs and rabbits, but rescuers also found 13 quail as well as mice, rats, and dogs.
The woman is facing a series of tickets for having too many animals and not having the proper permits. Washington County’s Humane Society is asking for donations to care for the animals until they can offer them for adoption.
