Veterans in the Eau Claire area are benefiting from free health services thanks to volunteers at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
CVTC hosted its Give Vets a Smile event over the weekend which usually helps veterans with free dental care. This year, veterans were able to get other health services including COPD and nutrition screenings and even haircuts. The organizers say they want to make sure this is continued as an annual event.
