A Wausau School District employee is under investigation by the district after being caught up in a prostitution sting.
The district confirmed to WSAW-TV that Michael Schwei [[ Shway ]] was one of eight people cited in a sting in mid-October. Shwei was fined over 19-hundred-dollars for soliciting a prostitute, which is not a criminal charge. Shwei is the Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations for the district and also served as the interim superintendent last year.
