Dowtown Eau Claire kicks it off at 3-5. In the walkable downtown areas, businesses in the Water Street, South Barstow, North Barstow and West Grand Districts will be handing out treats.
Residential hours are from 5-7:30.
Altoona fill ups can plan for 5:00 kick off
In Chippewa Falls, downtown trick-or-treatingalso runs 3-5pm on Halloween, with residential hours from 5-7.
