An Eau Claire man will spend the next two years behind bars after a hit-and-run crash and high speed chase.
Police say 32-year-old Kyle Krueger led officers on a chase back in February that lasted about five miles after hitting a vehicle on Hoover Avenue. Krueger was finally stopped by spike strips and police believe that he was under then influence of drugs after a syringe that tested positive for meth was found in his truck. Krueger will also pay a nearly three-thousand-dollar fine and spend five years on supervised release after his sentence.
