The winner holding a million-dollar Powerball ticket now has a check in hand.
Wisconsin Lottery officials say retired veteran Raymond Heft bought his ticket for Wednesday’s drawing at Pick ‘n Save in Madison. It matched five of the white ball numbers, but not the Powerball. Heft claimed his prize today.
