An Eau Claire woman may avoid jail time after stabbing her fiancé in the chest. Twenty-five-year-old Litamarie Twobears pleaded guilty to a felony count of aggravated battery plus two misdemeanor counts.
Twobears got probation for the misdemeanors and a five-month jail sentence will be waived if she pays a 324-dollar restitution within the next two months. She will also have her felony charge dropped if she complies with all the terms of her probation.
