The Eau Claire School Board is approving a new budget that would create a multi-million dollar deficit.
You may have read about this in the paper, as the Leader-Telegram reports the board voted Monday to approve an over 142-million dollar operating budget with a revenue budget over three-million dollars less than that. The board will move to adopt the new budget after a public hearing Monday evening.
