Governor Scott Walker says the new trade agreement between the United States, Mexico and Canada is a big win for Wisconsin’s dairy farmers. Walker says the new deal will open up Canadian markets, eliminate certain tariffs and eliminate Canada’s protectionist trade policies relating to ultra filtered milk that targeted Wisconsin Dairy Producers.
