The owners of C&M Home Builders and Real Estate will celebrate their new South Side office.
Owners Cody and Molly Filipczak will celebrate the building at a ceremony Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the building site, in C&M’s Trillium commercial development. The building will be used for the C&M Home Builders and Real Estate offices, and the remaining space will be for a new boutique from co-owner Molly Filipczak.
Molly’s boutique will be filled with interior design pieces. Cody and Molly, started their first business, C&M Home Builders, in 2004 and began building homes in the Eau Claire area. In 2011, they expanded their services to include Eau Claire realty and began C&M Real Estate.
