A man accused of shooting Eau Claire officers with a BB gun is changing his plea.
Emmitt Ritter-Simpson withdrew his plea of not guilty by mental disease or defect yesterday and entered a plea of not guilty. He faced 15 counts, including disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer following a January standoff.
