It helps to be in the playoff hunt. Brewers officials yesterday said attendance for this season could easily top two-point-eight million people. Brewers Chief Operating Officer Rick Schlesinger says that despite playing the smallest market in the major leagues, Milwaukee could make the top ten in attendance.
Schlesinger says Miller Park welcomed over two-and-a-half million fans last year. Back in 2011, the last time the Brewers made the playoffs, the park saw three million fans.
