I scream, you scream…we all scream for back to school? Well, parents might be…and Altoona added ice cream to the mix as the School District welcomed students and their families back for the new academic year with an ice cream social. The event was held last night at River Prairie Park along with last night of the ROCK’N on the RIVER.
